As a Business Controller for Region North, you will be part of TPL's central finance team that supports the business in achieving set goals, working with both external and internal relationships, follow-up and reporting, as well as target management models. You will report to the TPL CFO and be part of the Finance management team as well as the management team for Region North. In your daily work, you will work closely with the Regional Manager North.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Actively participate in the Region's management team and support the Regional Manager in achieving goals for growth, profitability, sustainability, and quality.

• Continuously analyze deviations in results and drive action initiatives in the short and long term.

• Ensure effective financial management and high operational productivity for the entire region in line with TPL's overall goals and framework.

• Support the business in analyzing business models and investments, including the development of business cases.

• Assist in customer dialogues with existing and new customers. Participate in sales, planning, and implementation of new customer assignments and logistics units.

• Manage insurance and property-related issues for the Region and ensure that solutions meet the business's needs.

• Collaborate with TPL Purchasing, support in supplier negotiations, and ensure that purchasing procedures are followed.

• Drive the development and streamlining of internal processes and working methods together with TPL's Finance organization.

• Along with the CFO, be responsible for coordinating planning and reporting processes for the entire company across all regions.

• Ensure compliance with PostNord's policies and financial guidelines.

We are looking for someone with

You have an academic degree in finance and a solid background as a Business Controller, preferably within logistics or another business with high operational complexity. You have previous experience in driving transformation projects, creating structure in complex tasks, and delivering results in environments with many dimensions. The role requires that you are used to working with senior stakeholders and management teams, have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, as well as broad system experience, particularly in SAP and BI tools such as Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud.

As a person, you are analytical, meticulous, and structured, with an ease in adapting to new systems and working methods. You take responsibility, handle a fast pace, and prioritize independently. Collaboration skills and a trust-building approach are central, and we place great importance on your personal qualities.
